Universal Virus Killer aka "UVK"

Hey Fellas !

I have been posting after a long time as I was busy in exams. But anyhow, here's new news. I have been working on a new Virus/Worm Removal project named "Universal Virus Killer" aka UVK, which would be able to :-

1. Detect a number of annoying Virus(es).
2. Remove and Completely Delete every trace of any Virus(es) found.
3. Heal the Infections caused by that Virus(es), like my previous tool SohanadKiller did.

But, the problem is that I don't have those "annoying viruses/virii" like that New Folder.exe one, which went undetected to infect a computer. But that was old, & I need new variants of this virus. If you people can help me, then I can make UVK as soon as possible as it's almost ready, just need some more virus.

So, If anyone, have "any" virus, and facing any problem coz of that virus, then drop me a mail & link to the virus file at --- neo.downloaded (at) gmail (dot) com , or drop ur message as a comment here at my blog, with your name, email address & the problem regarding virus.

Hey Fellas,

Back again after a long time ! was busy in making some projects for my degree. Anyway, I am here to announce my new project, a new distro of linux --- VR*nix. Made by me & my team-mate Richa Bedi. Following are some aims for which we designed VR*nix.
1. A Light-weight Distro.
2. A Good-looking, pleasing to eyes, GUI.
3. An alternative platform for playing games ( Windows based games, usine WINE, Mono & Cedega ).
4. Easy-to-use & removing the hype of Linux from general desktop user.
5. Concentrating basically on Multimedia PC ( Not for Servers or Workstations ).

The GUI design, Wallpapers & Logo are designed by my team-mate Richa, a very good artist at work. I am releasing her work here in this post & will expect feedback of you people.

VR*nix ( Pronounced as VR-nix ), derives it's name from our names ( :D ).
The distro is ready, but is undergoing various tests & enhancements. Although till yet, due to lack of time as we have full-time college ( where we waste a lot of time in attending some boring & useless lectures ...duhh ), we are able to complete only the basic version of the distro, i.e basic FS support, ethernet support, GUI, file manager etc.
Till yet, no multimedia support has been added as it needs a lot of time & tweaks, in order to make it easy to use. The first version will be available next year ( not sure about the exact time, but definitely next year ).

New Virus on the loose W32.Dizan variant !

Hey Fellas !!

Back again. I hope My SohanadKiller helped you people a lot.

Anyhow, I have been informed by a lot of victims that a new virus is on the loose & is getting a real pain in a**. It do this stuff.
1. Make a .scr file of your .doc files ( newly created doc files )
2. Make your newly created file unable to send.

I digged upon it & saw that It's a new variant of W32.Dizan Virus.
& yes, it doesnt delete or modify your original .doc file, but makes it super-hidden ( as per the internet reports said ), so that you cant see it & what you see is a .scr file with a Word icon, which is a result of change in registry that all of your .scr files opens with Microsoft Word.

The infection is reported only for the Microsoft Word 97-2003 formats ( i.e .doc files only not the .docx, which is of Microsoft Word 2007 )

It's only about 30 infections reported to me. So I decided to not work on it's removal tool till the reported infections got above 100. Last time, when I made SohanadKiller , the infections reported to me were about 500 approx, now, it have been used by more than 1200 people across the globe. Here are some of the reported infections & effects of Sohanad Worm alias New Folder.exe alias Worm2007

1. Disables Run from Start Menu.
2. Disables Task Manager.
3. Disables Registry editor (regedit).
4. Disables Folder Options.
5. Drop a File named New Folder.exe in every Hard Disk Partition.
6. Disables msconfig.
7. Infects Yahoo Messenger by changing your status to a link which takes you to
the same virus's location on internet.
8. Changes the default page of Internet Explorer to the Link to the virus file itself,
it's user-defined & vary from computer to computer.
9. Deletes the Firefox.exe from C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
10.Get copied itself in every pen-drive that you connect to your infected computer.
11. Disables System Restore Settings.

These are the reported problems yet.

I have found some people finding it "HARD" ( I dont know Why ! ) to use this simplest tool. For people like them, I'll be posting a video soon, explaining ( as there's nuthin to explain although ) that how to use my software.

Hey Fellas !!

As I promised to update the Sohanad killer, I have added the functionality in it to repair any number of pen-drives attached to a computer, infected with the sohanad worm. The latest version of my tool now completely removes the Worm/Virus from computer as well as it's primary source i.e pen-drives.

Moreover, Now there's no need to install & use a-hijackfree too.
Just run the Tool & See the Virus just got removed in a Flash !

I have recieved 100% reports till yet from over 10-20 friends of mine, who got their computer infected by this worm. Latest news is that this virus is reported to be detected by Norton SAV, but not with the original name, but with this W32.Sillyfdc .

Anyhow, you have to pay for Norton SAV, but not for this tool ;-)

Hey Fellas,

It's Me Again, I have found a very reliable and safe way for Removal of the Worm2007.exe alias New Folder.exe alias Sohanad Worm.

There'll be no need of any Anti-virus Software for this removal as The new Version of this Virus go Undetected, By almost every Anti-Virus Software I have heard so far, including Norton, Avast, Kaspersky, McAfee(This do nothing at all), Panda , instead I m making myself a tool for it's removal, as the procedure to remove it was a bit lengthy & a bit complicated too ( For the ppl like me :D )

The tool will be Released on Monday Evening. The only reason to release it on Monday is that I have removed it from my home computer and I m left with no PC to test the tool. So I m just gonna go to College & test it there & release it.
